Because of the internet, instead of spending hours of your time driving you around in a car showing you homes, we can now do most of the work from the comfort of you home.
Here is how I will help you find your new home...
First, I will email you all the existing MLS listings, including pictures, maps and other information on all the homes that meet your criteria. You can preview all these homes in great detail on your computer at your leisure. We can than set an appointment to preview only the homes that are of interest to you.
Second, I will put you on my automatic email list which will send you all the new listings on a daily basis that meet your criteria including pictures, maps and other information. By using my automatic email program you will be among the first to see these new listings. This is important, because many of the new listings which are in good condition and properly priced will sell within the first few days they are on the market.
Third, if you are not already prequalified, I can arrange for you to confidentially meet with a mortgage lender to do this. It is very important to have a prequalification letter, becuase many sellers will require one at the time an offer is made. If you don't have a prequalification letter, other buyers may be considered ahead of you.
Fourth, here is a web site ( loan program ) you can go to learn more about mortgages and obtain other interesting information. However, when you are ready to apply for a loan, I prefer to use local lenders because they know the Alaska market, their rates are just a competitive as the outside mortgage originators and if you have a question you can talk to them in person instead of talking to someone by telephone in another state that may know nothing about Alaska.
